Implemented a worflow database system to handle a 400% workload increase over a 2 year period.

Supervised 5 artist layout department. Worked with the Vice President of Advertising to approve promotional concepts and designs. Responsible for scheduling and assigning heavy workflow and maintain high level of quality throughout the department as well as maintain personal workload of 2 circulars per month and approximately 10 black
and white R.O.P. ads per week. Design of special direct mail circulars during the holiday months. Circular layout also entailed directing in-house photo studio as to desired lighting, colors and backgrounds and final approval of photography.
