For our biggest client, Novell Polska, I worked on the localization of the following products:
• SUSE Linux Enterprise 10 and 10SP1 (I co-ordinated a team of 5 people),
• openSUSE 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3.

I participated in creating and analyzing (applying statistical analysis) 7 surveys:
• Mozilla working with its communities
• Evaluating the quality of Mozilla's community-driven support
• FOSDEM 2008 Attendee Survey
• FISL 2008 Attendee Survey
• The about:mozilla Newsletter Survey
• Firefox User Survey
• Firefox in Your Country Survey
I gave a talk at FOSDEM 2008 about the surveys' results.

I co-founded the brand 2ia: the information architects and usability consultants. My roles included:
- Identifying web visitors clusters based on focus interviews and navigation patterns,
- Designing personae,
- Selecting and proposing features for the software and web applications,
- Designing the information architecture and interaction flows on the website / in the software,
- Preparing wireframe schematics and other visuals.
I worked on:
• http://www.wolnelektury.pl for Fundacja Nowoczesna Polska (information architecture,), the biggest open ebooks library in Poland,
• http://edukacja.warszawa.pl for Warsaw City Hall (UX analysis).
I continue to co-create a blog on user experience bugs at http://przypadki.pl.

I analysed web server logs for Mozilla websites to help better understand who and how visits them. I also conceptualised, developed (in PHP) and launched the Community Surveys project (http://surveys.mozilla-europe.org/).
