I was a lead of a changing group of motivated developers (3-5 people at once), which drove agile-like processes to obtain more development experiences. I was clarifying requirements and designing architectures. We developed and delivered utilities, entire projects, parts and modules of big growing systems. MS .NET technologies were the primary. UML, PHP, Javascript, mySQL, RPC Web services and C++ were also used.
