• Built an e-commerce funnel with online conversion rates higher than AT&T, Verizon and Sprint
• Built an online platform that enables anyone to launch their own branded mobile service in 15 minutes or less - integrated with a Web 2.0 and mobile social networking platform

Led a team of UI Designers, Engineers, and Technical Writers to launch the PacketHop Communication System (PHCS). The PHCS is a peer to peer application and an autonomous mobile mesh Wi-Fi network that seamlessly integrate to provide instant messaging, video, location tracking, and white boarding, to first responders and public safety officers.
Accomplishments:
• Successfully orchestrated a product launch event & live demo of PHCS at Coors Field, Denver
• Negotiated 3rd party video compression software license terms with dicas GmbH resulting in substantially reduced up front out of pocket expense and a capped royalty structure that kept licensing fees in check

Was responsible for the P&L of Office Advantage, Bryce 2 and Bryce 3D.

• Product Portfolio annual combined revenues exceeded $20 million.
• Managed a technology licensing relationship with Minolta Japan. Aided Minolta in quantifying the market, identifying price points, and establishing marketing
• Launched Metcreations’ first product for the business market
