This is a linkedin group to discuss topics related to Quality Assurance.
I led a book reading discussion at my real job "Verisign" and hoping to get volunteers to do the same at their own companies. I have posted a question requesting good books for QA.
I organize a few "happy hour" meetings every year. I am hoping that enough members join this group so that there would be local chapters in major cities doing the same.
I am working on opensource project on a wiki for professional groups. This would make it easier to post meeting minutes, track statuses, vote on topics, etc., etc., It is here at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/qawiki
I am working on an opensource project called ETAF -- "Extensible Test Automation Framework". It is also in sourceforge.
This framework is based on test patterns that seem to occur in almost every product I have worked on.
