Having produced almost all forms of media in the last decade, I'm a proven leader who’s success stems from an ability to bridge the disparate worlds of "creatives" and "techies". My experience ranges from producing complete site redesigns, large-scale integrated CRM and Branding programs, as well as multi-platform media development and distribution. At R/GA I'm currently heading up the Retail practice, taking "interactive" to another level. Before jumping into the digital marketing world, I had a successful run in broadcast television; having earned two Emmy Awards and four nominations as a staff Producer for HBO. I am well known for bringing great people together to deliver remarkable experiences, flawlessly.
In my free time, I serve as the president of the board at my Co-Op in Manhattan. I also served on the board of directors for SnapFood - a web-based company enabling restaurants to process food orders online. I devised their sales strategy on the B2B side.
Non-profit / NGO activity is high in my list of priorities. I enjoy voluneering my time and expertise with organizations like AJC's ACCESS, HOBY and Seeds of Peace. In April, 2009 I was chosen to be one of 20 ACCESS members sent to the Durban Review Conference in Geneva, Switzerland. In 1999 I was a camera operator, translator and assistant editor of "Peace of Mind" a documentary film about six teenage campers who participated in Seeds of Peace.
Bridging the disparate worlds of "creatives" and "techies" - being able to speak the language of both; Technical expertise with film/video equipment & a variety of web technologies; Identifying strategic relationships between organizations; General Management (budgeting, scheduling, negotiating), hiring great employees, and managing those who need a little more help to perform their best.

As a production manager (also known as Operations/Line Producer), I was responsible for the general management of the shows to which I was assigned. This included overall operations, manpower/staffing, budgeting, authorizing expenses, consulting on how to produce a program, as well as guide a production's progress ensuring that it is delivered by the scheduled date.
While at HBO, I produced Inside the NFL, Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel, a variety of Documentaries, and live boxing matches.
In addition to my standard broadcast television role, during my last two years at HBO I managed the fledgling New Media initiative which included production and distribution for mobile, broadband, podcasts and VOD.

As a freelancer who knew NYC inside out, I worked on a wide variety of projects from commercials to music videos, television specials, live music concerts, and an Israeli television series, "Florentin". Programs included New Years Eve 2000 and Woodstock '99, one-hit-wonders like Edwin McCain, and huge artists like Billy Joel and Lauryn Hill, among others.
In 2004 I jumped back to freelance production for quick stint, being involved in the production of the first web-cast from Times Square on New Years Eve - produced for Microsoft.
