One word to describe the Management of Antenna Software in Bangalore - "CHEATS".

Everything was amiss from the day I joined this organization. I was promised work on Mobile Solutions connecting to SAP Netweaver Stack - But on joining came to know that the company was only toying on an idea to start work in SAP - later the company realized that SAP was just too costly for them to even install a development setup and asked me go for a PIRATED copy!! Gosh - that's when I planned to leave - even with the management threatening to Terminate me if I did quit / also with-held my month's pay by instructing Citibank to block the amount in my account.

Just shows the different facets of different Software Companies - It was quite a shocker for me with my transition from SAP. Thanks to God for all the help and the answered prayers.

Have worked for quite sometime on SAP Enterprise Portal - Both Administration/Development and Branding. Also with SAP E-commerce (both B2B and B2C) tools.

Worked extensively on CRM Mobile Sales and also integration of a 3rd party tool called Strategix for Shelf Management with MSA.

I was involved in the CRM Mobile Sales project(single member from India) from 2007 to 2008, and the solution was live in many geographies of SAP Demo Teams across the globe. The project was to integrate Strategix - a 3rd party Plannogram management tool into the core functionality of SAP CRM Mobile Sales Application (MSA).

Project involved development of the mobile application with SAP MAS (Mobile Application Studio): Modification of the user interface as well as modification in the business logic to integrate Strategix - Plannogram Management Solution. Performance improvements of the application through Bdoc modifications, creation of new table Indexes, and coding custom modifications and added screen as per the requirements.

Was also involved in CRM Systems Setup, Middleware Administration: Initial Download of Data, Creation of Custom Sites for user groups, Improving of Performance, Data flow between CRM and the Middleware, System Optimization. Roll Out Activities for MSA scenario.
