My natural curiosity has always led me to seek out and research information about the ever evolving world of technology. I truly believe that the distribution of information is the most powerful tool for achieving success in any pursuit. It is my goal to find work that allows me the opportunity to use my knowledge to teach and share with others how technology can make their lives better.

Earning the right to gain the customers trust is the key to attaining the highest grossing monthly sales and accruing the least amount of returns. Whether it is helping a small business owner set up their e-mail or explaining features of a smartphone with the demo of an app, or helping an individual with a billing question, I am dedicated to educating customers however long it takes.

Managing a team of reps has also allowed me to recognize and cultivate strengths and improve weaknesses through training and role playing exercises on the sales floor. Rallying my team to communicate with each other, stay focused and motivated has helped me to improve my own selling skills. I owned the role as manager by leading regular conference calls, running contests, working with reps to create and balance their schedules as well as being available to provide answers and support. As a leader, I was accountable for our failures and success but more than anything the greatest reward was to help inspire my reps to be confident, valuable team players.
My passion keeps me driven to use the knowledge that I have learned and apply it to real world situations.
