Joe Sinicropi’s Summary
I have been throught 18 months of classic French training at the Los Angeles Culinary Institute and have worked exclusively as a private chef for Hollywoods elite as well as hi profile individuals and the uber weatlhy in LA. I have also assisted in the menu design and grand opening of a club which open in Korea town in LA in 1997. I currently cook privately in homes as well teach eager eaters how to shop, prep and cook meals in thier own kitchens.
I've been a photographer and Photoshop professional for 8 years shooting in an all digital format. I also have over 7 years experience using Avid , a professional broadcast non linear video editing applicatication working freelance for companies like CNN Hollywood, FJ Productionsm Starz Hollywood Reporter entertainment segments and TVP Studios. We shoot and editing corporate, music and home videos for professional and non professional clients. In addition I've collaborated with Craig Studios and Zack Faga Productions for custom studio and home theatre installations.
I'm the inventor of the Sini-Vision Quick-Base Universal QBU-02 which is a video camera docking station made to compliment the Bogen Fig Rig stabilizer. We have recently sold a QBU-02 to Sir Richard Branson's video production team to be used on a documentary being shot in Kenya Africa on the humanitarian effort to rebuild a school in Sekenai. This is to going to be pushed to Discovery and Nat Geo.
My goal is to expand my knowledge, services and product line to anyone and everyone that can benefit from my expertise, and I hope to make the world a better place.

Everyone loves music and food. I have developed a culinary style and attitude which refects music and gastronomy in my cooking. I follow a recipe guidline and add my own triwst to it while retaining the dishes original intent but with a more modern approach. I also try to incorporate music into the atmosphere of the dining experience. You don't play Mettalica while serving a delicate dish.
