Office Manager, part time M.Sc Cyberpsychology Student at IADT
Ireland
I’m currently studying a M.Sc. in Cyberpsychology in IADT (part-time), having graduated in 2006 from the same institute of technology with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology Applied to Information Technology.
I am a trained research scientist, capable of conducting experiments, analysing data, writing professional reports and presenting research to lay and professional audiences. I have an in-depth understanding of how individuals interact with technology and in online environments and am highly capable of applying psychological theories and methods to help design better and more usable software and hardware devices.
I’m currently working in an administrative role for the Health Service Executive in their mental health section. Eventually I would like to secure myself a position within the technology sector. My dream job would be as a User Experience Researcher, as Usability Engineering has always been of interest to me and ultimately I would very much like to be involved in research and development within I.T. Currently I’m perusing my educational needs and seeking out experience in the I.T sector.
