As Head of Quality Unit and member of the site's top-management team in a production plant with an annual sales up to 200 mio USD, managing about 25 associates, I am responsible for developing&managing the pharmaceutical quality system, testing of incoming materials & finished products, and release of the finished products to the market in the most efficient way, thus providing optimum service in the production plant and enabling fast and reliable supply of more than 60 markets worldwide with high-quality and affordable medicines (i.e. market leading broad-spectrum antibiotic).
I have been also involved in global projects providing my expertise and guidance for the successful implementation of key compliance and/or regulatory related issues in the worldwide Sandoz manufacturing sites network.
