Responsibilities included the production of direct mail, jewellery catalogs circulated to 500,000 customers, the e-commerce website, management of PR, fulfillment and call centers. Integration of back-office systems between the Geneva office and New York based sub-contractors.
Developed technical specifications for purchase and sales order processing, inventory management, CRM and multi-currency, gold based accounting.
Developed the specifications for a physical gold trading and delivery system with JPMorgan.
