  At a base level my role is- like every other WEBMARTEER- in maximising today and creating a new tomorrow combining the spirit of Marxist-Capitalism*
  
  (*not as scary as it sounds! Capitalism is very good at allocating resources to maximise the value it creates, but is very inefficient in distributing that value to benefit all. It's also poor at taking into account externalities ( the environmental cost/ human exploitation etc). Marxist principles work for distributing value created back to the creators of value, but it is pretty pathetic at creating any value to distribute in the first place! A combination of the two therefore is complimentary. It's a kind of enlightened evolution of capitalism.)
