    + Implemented a variety of new services such as: Inktomi Search, Autonomy Agents, Weather and the Express newspaper
    + Responsible for Quality Assurance activities on all major launches
    + Recruited and managed the online news team
    + Initiated, developed and managed a number of business relationships, including: Inktomi, Autonomy, Real Networks, Engage
