  Platform Technology Solutions (PTS) EMEA is a team of senior technical consultants based in EMEA and represents Oracle's technical investment for strategic and key partners. The group is part of Oracle Product Development Division (Server Technologies) and provides the shortest link between the Partner's architect and developer community and Oracle R&D.
  
  Its mission is to enable partners to rapidly and successfully adopt and implement the Oracle platform and to communicate product requirements from partners back to Oracle R&D.
  
  The responsibilities involved: educate, advice and assist partners to use Oracle technologies into their applications, by delivering hands-on workshops, migration and upgrading services, proof-of-concepts, architecture design, system's performance tuning and sometimes support-like services.
