Independent Media Production Professional
Washington D.C. Metro Area
I have produced a diverse collection of reports ranging from politics to war to feature stories about culture, sports, business and health. Most of the stories were produced in the field, many times under deadline pressure. Among the most memorable stories I have covered include my coverage of the Iraq war from Baghdad and the arrival, destruction and aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. My goal is to use my extensive experience and my educational and personal background for long-format media or non-profit communications opportunities.
