As Web Analytics Manager at These Days, I assist and guide our clients in the process of analysis and optimization of the marketing activities and the online performance.
For each project the mission is to perform actionable web analytics by delivering a continuous assessment of the results and the processes that have been put in place, and by providing action-based recommendations towards a proven ROI.
This also involves integrating data coming from competitive (benchmark and market) research and segmentation (CRM database and demographic information) analysis, and results coming from attitudinal researches (surveys and group discussions).
