Led quality engineering efforts for a new knee repair product known as CAIS, a Cartilage Autograft Implantation System designed as a single surgical treatment of damaged knee cartilage. As part of new product development training, was required to perform an arthroscopic ACL replacement and rotator cuff repair on a cadaver under the supervision of Boston Red Sox team surgeon, Dr. Busconi.

Research focus: blood flow simulations in abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs) to determine risk of rupture based on graft failure, repressurization of aneurysm, and structural failure of the aneurysm wall based on exerted force of blood flow.
