Rolotrak helps turn your contacts into relationships by telling you who in your network you need to talk to now. Was responsible for driving the overall company vision and product strategy. Designed, built and released a public beta in under six months with a team of two engineers. Launched at TechCrunch50 2009 from the Demo Pit.
Led quality engineering efforts for a new knee repair product known as CAIS, a Cartilage Autograft Implantation System designed as a single surgical treatment of damaged knee cartilage. As part of new product development training, was required to perform an arthroscopic ACL replacement and rotator cuff repair on a cadaver under the supervision of Boston Red Sox team surgeon, Dr. Busconi.
Held various positions in the medical device (orthopedic implants, diabetic monitors) and pharmaceutical sectors based in Boston, New Jersey, and Silicon Valley as part of a 2-year leadership development program. Key project involved leading a team of 10+ engineers and staff to ramp-up a brand-new $70M distribution facility for the pharmaceutical business.
Completed design basis and capital cost estimate for reactor system project at
Gulf coast plant site for one of the world’s largest chemical companies. Integrated SAP data and engineering cost reports to evaluate project status and coordinated project-level changes to control capital and expenditures.
