I am a practice and engagement lead with a consultative approach delivering value in business application implementations & management.

In my consulting experience of “making strategy happen” I have had roles at both ends of the professional services supply chain – as an external consultant and as an in-house program manager. I have the ability to bring about the orchestration of people with diverse cultures, processes and technology in the organization ecosystem.

I have managed both content (scope, work schedules & teams) and context (business benefits, risks & stakeholders) in multiple ERP platforms. I was identified as a method exponent in IBM as I know how to use methodology to bring structure in a dynamic environment and yet am pragmatic enough to be agile.

My other roles have included that of Practice Business Operations Manager, People Manager, and Competency Leader. I have been responsible for talent acquisition and championing adoption of CMMI Level 5 processes. As Strategic Advisory Services lead, I collaborated with other managers to own and define the medium term objectives of a new business competency unit in alignment to the mission defined by the business unit leader.

In Practice Area Lead and Account Management roles I have had P&L responsibility. My pre-sales cycle experience has been as bid manager and lead pre-sales consulting manager for ERP implementation and management opportunities

My process experience focus is financial accounting with with a good working knowledge of materials management and sales & distribution processes. Manufacturing (process & discreet), Chemicals, Publication, Professional Services and Beverages industries make up my business processes exposure. My experience in Global Delivery Models are across two major organizations in this business are in application management, application implementation, upgrades & development, and course-ware development engagements.
