Shivonne is globally responsible for Enterprise branding, positioning and messaging, story architecture, customer conversation architecture, thought leadership content and media vehicles, community building, and integrated relationship marketing initiatives within the $20 billion global Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG). She also leads Enterprise Marketing's internal "People Agenda" initiative for the 100+ team at the Redmond headquarters.

As a core responsibility, Shivonne is editor-in-chief for Microsoft’s annual CEO Summit. In this capacity, she directs all content strategy and leads a senior advisory team to define the agenda and construct the program to deliver world-class insights into the issues that matter most to global CEOs. The 2009 and 2008 CEO Summit programs received perfect NSAT (net satisfaction) scores from the global Fortune 500 CEO audience and the highest session scores recorded in the conference's 13-year history, respectively.

As Visio's founding VP Marketing (14th employee and 1st marketing hire), Shivonne was responsible for all marketing functions and teams of this business graphics software leader. During her tenure (both as a corporate officer and external consultant while at Regis McKenna) she launched the company, the original Visio diagramming product, and related Visio products.
Along with founders, Shivonne co-wrote the company’s business plan (now a Stanford case study) and subsequently helped raise the company’s first major investment round. She built and managed the company’s product marketing, corporate marketing, and channel marketing organizations and teams from the ground-up.
