Some of the content businesses successfully developed and sold include content management of large content repositories / databases, content support through online / offline support, content application support helpdesks, content testing services, content aggregation technologies / services, intellectual property management solutions and content eDiscovery solutions among others The biggest growth that has been achieved is the development of the corporate (Fortune 100) and government areas of business.

    My additional responsibility is to lead the governance of all our large accounts. This initiative enabled the organization to farm for additional business within existing relationships more effectively.

    TechBooks is a content transformation company who provide a range of content solutions that include Composition, Editorial, Content Conversion, Project Management, New Media, E-learning, Technical Writing, Content Development and Content IT.

    I held the position of a Practice Head which entails heading up Business Development, Marketing and Production. The lines of business I was responsible for were New Media and Content IT business in the publishing vertical. Some of the achievements included successful business developement in the ebook and rich content development areas.
