My additional responsibility is to lead the governance of all our large accounts. This initiative enabled the organization to farm for additional business within existing relationships more effectively.

TechBooks is a content transformation company who provide a range of content solutions that include Composition, Editorial, Content Conversion, Project Management, New Media, E-learning, Technical Writing, Content Development and Content IT.
I held the position of a Practice Head which entails heading up Business Development, Marketing and Production. The lines of business I was responsible for were New Media and Content IT business in the publishing vertical. Some of the achievements included successful business developement in the ebook and rich content development areas.

I held a multi-faceted role of overseeing software services opportunities in Europe, South East Asia and kick-start a product initiative in India.
