POSITION SUMMARY
The position functions as part of the ITS team at Central Services and will primarily Deploy, Administer, Manage and maintain both the CS/ACS Campus as well as the HCT Microsoft Enterprise Systems related infrastructures. This person will function as a Senior leader for IT Support Specialists and is expected to work as part of the overall IT Operations and Telecommunication team, which involves working closely with other members (Support Specialists) of the department, including the Senior Systems and Senior Network Engineers, and Department supervisor. The position will contribute to continuously improving the existing Microsoft Systems related infrastructures so as to help ensure the CS-ITS achieves its strategic objectives and in order to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HCT learning process.
