My company is SheTech and Company ("shetech" has been my nick in the tech community for many years). We create custom web sites, generally on one of a variety of content management systems (mostly Joomla!, an open source CMS, Ektron, and we work in others as well). In addition to web sites, we help our clients build, maintain and expand their internet marketing programs. We develop custom programs that particularly suit each industry.

For more than ten years I have been working in software technical support and consulting, specializing in content delivery and management, content consulting, technical authoring and editing and multimedia training.

I have managed an online technical magazine called NetPerformance.com under the auspices of NetQoS, Inc. (http://www.netqos.com).

In my rich employment history, I have worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer; working in the online space, building online knowledgebases, FAQs, document repositories and web sites, and supporting and managing entirely web-based client solutions. I specialize in strategic relationships with enterprise customers, as technical project manager on critical issue escalation and resolution, and in a consulting capacity. Having been a broadcaster for many years adds yet another layer of skill, permitting me to offer highly professional voiced online training materials.

For many years, I have been pursuing a career in opera, and have been fortunate to have been offered a number of terrific opportunities!

Rebekkah Hilgraves actively performs in operas, solo recitals and as a guest concert artist in venues throughout the United States. She has performed as a soloist with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra (2007); in and around New York City, she has performed the roles of Violetta in Verdi's La Traviata (Little Opera Company of New Jersey, 2006), Rachel in the world premiere of The Eglantine by Sam Belich (New York City, 2005), Elisabetta in Verdi's Don Carlo (Opera Drammatica, 2004), Gerhilde in Wagner's Die Walküre (The Valkyrie Project, 2005 and Opera Drammatica, 2004), the title role in Puccini's Suor Angelica (Chelsea Opera, 2004 and American Singers Opera Project, 2003), and has performed the soprano solo in Haydn's Lord Nelson Mass (Ars Musica Orchestra and Chorale, 2002); as soloist with the Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra (1998, 1999, 2000) and with Orchestra Seattle/Seattle Chamber Singers (1999, 2000).
