Sherry Lowry, MCC’s Summary
To date, I've established and developed 7 businesses in 7 industries. Because I really enjoy the one I'm now in for 16 years, part of my own strategic business plan is to release and reinvent this one 15%-30% annually. This significantly helps renew my own interest in both the engagements, the possibilities, and puts me always in good position for new opportunities.
My real gift is vision. This surfaces as capability in spotting and fully recognizing then naming and catalyzing talent and capability. The next step is then supporting those who have it do whatever it is that they then find most satisfying in fully developing or implementing and delivering this.
My primary interest is in supporting people living more and more at choice, especially those who are great universal "bridgers" generationally ...who work well with all ages in the workforce, and who have elected what could be called at this point their move toward an increasingly SeamLess Life™. With arrival, work never feels like work though it produces the impact and results of such...and they have no need to live for weekends or evenings for their most satisfying life to begin.
Colleague-wise, my professional experience and goal-set are similar - and that is to spend as much time as i can with people who are thinking thoughts exciting to them, and exploring and researching the what-else/what-next with a real sense of adventure.
