Prior to joining Essex, Sherri spent 8 years with the Denver office of KeyBank Real Estate Capital as Vice President, Servicing Manager in the Income Property Group for a $2.5 Billion Commercial Real Estate Portfolio of Construction and Interim Loans. Sherri began her Commercial Real Estate Servicing career in Dallas, Texas when she joined Bank of America (fka NationsBank) in 1995 and worked in Loan Administration for 3 years. While pursuing her degree, she spent 6 years in the banking industry working with commercial, consumer and single family residential loans.
Sherri graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1994 with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. She is an active member of CREW Denver (Commercial Real Estate Women of Denver) and CREW Network since 2002. 2008 President of CREW Denver, served on the Board of Directors 2005 – 2009, received CREW Denver’s President’s Award in 2005, 2006 CREW Foundation Grant Making Committee and 2007 & 2009 CREW Network Delegate. Sherri is a member MBA (Mortgage Bankers Association) where she participates in the Servicing Committee.
