I have a strong history of effective leadership in all facets of technology operations, including applications, systems, and Web platform and internet development. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to guide project teams in diverse environments. My background also includes setting strategic plans, mapping business processes, and designing and deploying global systems.

Whether technical or non-technical, teams achieve their greatest potential and stated productivity goals and complex project requirements are often surpassed.

Highlights of my qualifications include:

• Leading IT business transformation initiatives and corporate integration strategies to consolidate newly acquired organizations as well as their applications and infrastructure, as evidenced by the technical unification achieved during the Merrill Lynch–BlackRock merger as well as the acquisition of Manufacturers Hanover/Chemical Bank by Chase Manhattan Bank.

• Guiding teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, to include identifying and allocating resources, creating solid project plans, and facilitating effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Impacting change by architecting the first-ever binding Internet election voting system used in the Arizona Democratic Primary.
