Combining almost twenty years of professional experience,in the field of psychology with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Sheri Gaynor is highly skilled in helping women reach their personal and professional goals. She is the founder of Feistyfemales.com, a company created to support women in stepping boldly in the direction of their dreams.
Sheri began her career as a photographer, artist and writer and continues to work successfully in these fields. In the 1980's Sheri authored several free-lance photojournalism articles on social oriented issues for such newspapers as the Miami Herald, Fort Lauderdale Sun Sentinel and later for the Aspen Times.
In more recent years, Sheri's professional focus and passion are the developing fields of Positive Psychology and Professional Coaching. Her approach to psychotherapy and life coaching is grounded in both her background as a psychotherapist (LCSW) and a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT).
Sheri brings to her practice a unique blend of creative insight and pragmatic wisdom. Sheri supports her clients in positive and future focused work and in this respect has acted as a "natural" coach for almost her entire career. Her belief that, "we can achieve whatever we desire," makes the new field of coaching a natural addition to her practice and personal style.
