The National Quality Forum (NQF) brings together healthcare leaders from every sector of the industry as part of a national dialogue that sets national priorities, endorses national consensus standards for measuring and publicly reporting on performance, and promotes the attainment of national goals through education and outreach programs.
As the Coalition for Improving Maternity Services (CIMS) Representative on the Consumer Council at NQF, I participate in meetings, attend conferences, and recommend specific actions in regards to committee decisions, voting decisions, and official statements.
