Sheila V. Tabarsi’s Summary
The Sheila V. Mission is to develop city-sized compounds of several small communities on over 100 abandoned military bases capable of offering a place of refuge and reform for individuals and/or their single parent families suffering from extreme poverty and on the verge of homelessness.
A 10 year project, the plan is to implement a series of 2 year programs designed to formally educate its participants on how to master life skills for creating healthy, wealthy and worldly lifestyles. Predominately for women, participants will be educated on how-to maintain a positive home life environment, capitalize on their economic strengths, and build success in business guaranteed to create individual financial securities and stimulate economic growth in America.
Fully operational, The Sheila V. Mission program plan can be the model used to end extreme poverty on a global scale.
