Proposed and executed merger of Veterans for Common Sense with the Nobel Peace Prize winning Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation to create Veterans for America. As a result of the economic downturn, completed orderly shutdown and sale and transfer of all IT assets for the shutdown of the organization, and spun off support for ongoing overseas programs.
