Enterprise Architecture
- Author enterprise strategies, target states and roadmaps
- Review and approve project and program solutions and scope
- Develop solution alternatives, recommendations and approaches
- Implement and manage architecture governance and review processes
- Promote and develop within the architecture domains: technology, business, data, integration, MDM, etc.
Program Management
- Develop and prioritize program roadmaps to deliver set strategies and objectives

- Create a BI development process through iterative deployments and releases
- Deploy large scale enterprise data modeling using industry models (IBM Retail Model – RDW)
Business Application Architecture / Implementation / Integration
- Expert experience with business web applications and W3C standards
- Architect involvement in Enterprise Integration buffet (EAI, EII, ETL-ELT) and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
- Design and implement enterprise content management and application portals
- Advanced knowledge in programming methodologies and standards
