My professional mission is to craft digital experiences that delight customers, improve people's lives and deliver measurable results.
I've helped do this for some of the biggest companies in the world and a bunch of small, adventurous ones too.
I've worked on a lot of websites, web applications and integrated marketing campaigns over the years, and I've done some pioneering work with mobile devices and interactive television. More recently, I've been doing a lot of work around social media, helping companies participate in a digital universe that is becoming more and more democratized.
To echo the title of Clay Shirky's excellent book: Here comes everyone.
These days I'm particularly interested in where mobile is going, and how mobile connectedness will take social media to the next level.
