Team member of the Production Line Tool Sets (PLTS) Extension of ArcGIS. I was the lead developer of the Harbor, Approach, Coastal and General Scale (HAC) Nautical Chart Map Production System (MPS) for PLTS. I was the lead architect and developer of the Editing and Attribution Tools for the PLTS Foundation for high volume vector feature collection. I was the co-architect of the GIS Data Reviewer with Ragi Burham on the centralized rule based feature validation and automated validation.
