  After retiring from Graybar Electric where she worked for over 30 years in various positions, Sharon and her husband John moved to Florida to help care for their elderly parents.
  
  Sharon spent many months analyzing the market in Florida, her strengths and interests and then founded HCT Incorporated, which stands for Home Computer Training. Her goal: to help Seniors learn about the computer in the comfort of their own home.
  
  Shortly after launching HCT, Sharon found eBay and learned about eBay’s teaching program. She became and instructor and worked her way up from the entry position level of teaching to the highest level, the Business Consultant Certification. Sharon is one of only 28 worldwide with this certification.
