NBC Made a TV movie about my life called: Shattered Trust: The Shari Karney Story

I have been a guest on Oprah, Larry King Live, ABC Primetime, Inside Edition, CNN, ABC, NBC, MSNBC. I was one of the lead attorney's in Fox TV's syndicated Court show, "Power of Attorney." I tried cases against Chris Darden, Marcia Clark, Gloria Allred, and Lisa Bloom to name a few.

I am a survivor of child sexual abuse and helped change the statute of limitations in California, so child victims of sexual abuse now have the right to sue their abusers. It is the reason that the Catholic Church is now being held accountable. Once the law changed in CA, 41 other states adopted similar legislation using CA's law as their model.

I've been featured in the LA Times, NY Times Sunday Magazine Section, Daily Journal, Glamour Mag., Lear's Magazine, Hollywood Reporter, Variety, and TV Guide.
