Just like every other creative genius (just kidding), I didn't start out in my chosen field. While cramming differential equations for my Final Year Engineering exams, I decided it just wasn't the life for me. A short stint marketing the first batch of CASIO answering machines door-to-door, followed. There was an out-of-turn promotion - but the Advertising bug had sunk it's fangs into my hypothalamus. (Or was it anterior lobe?)
Well, ten years on, I guess I've earned it to fling humility to the winds and honestly say that three of the last four agencies I've been with had returned with an offer within a year of my departure (not kidding). I must be doing something right!
