I have been involved in ministry for 16 years in church, para-church, and Christian school settings. I have specifically worked with at-risk/high-risk youth for the last eight years in a professional (for the last 5 1/2 years) and volunteer (as a chaplain in a local juvenile detention center during my last youth pastorate). I am also an active blogger having set up my own blog, and manage a team of volunteer contributors for it. I also am the webmaster for Serve Our Youth Network having set-up and maintain that site. I am also proficient utilizing web 2.0 social networking tools.
