As a Linux Systems Administrator I administrate over 300 Linux desktops running Red Hat Linux 3, 4, and 5 as well as a Fedora Core. I trouble shoot network issues as well as solve complex software and hardware problems. I have an understanding of Linux Security, compiling and building RPM's, as well as the configuration of desktops and servers both X86 and x86_64. I also take care of several key servers on both the classified and unclassified networks. I worked in a mixed environment of diskless and diskfull desktops. I am involved in several projects as a lead developer creating complex web applications and interfaces for locally written desktop and cluster administration tools. I also administrate and operate complex A/V tools for the Access Grid.
