Sealing
CIO is the only Gore® Certified Embroidery facility in the United States. We have the equipment and expertise to properly seam seal any waterproof/breathable fabric. Not only will you stay dry in your new garment, the manufacturer warranty will stay intact. No one else in the country can offer you this service.
Embroidery
CIO provides embroidery services for all our products. To get the finest image, designs are digitized specifically for your garment application. Our threads are chosen to stand up to heavy laundering and exposure to UV rays. We specialize in outdoor products and our embroidery is built for the outdoors.

GORE-TEX® FABRIC REPAIR SPECIALIST
As a "Gore-Certified" facility, the manufacturer's warranty of your GORE-TEX® item will remain in tact when you have your item repaired through Rainy Pass Repair, Inc.
REPAIRS
This is what started it all. Zippers, holes, tears...we have the experience to bring your items back to "good as new" status.We can repair almost anything, including tents, packs, parkas, pants, sleeping bags, dry suits, waders, tent poles and technical fabrics like Gore-Tex®.
DURABLE WATER REPELLENCY (DWR) TREATMENTS
Rainy Pass Repair, Inc. uses products proven to bring the water repellency back to your item. Retreating your garment restores wet weather performance, improves breathability and enhances comfort by minimizing condensation within the garment.
DRY SUIT AND WADER SERVICES
We have a unique water testing facility for immersion clothing. Do you have a dry top or wader with an annoying leak you can't locate? All our repairs to dry suits, dry tops and waders are tested before they leave the shop to insure the integrity of the garment.
ALTERATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
Can't get the right fit? Arms too long? Pants too short? That backpack would be perfect if it only had that extra feature. We have a solution to these common problems. We alter clothing and add features to equipment, returning your item with a "factory finished" look. Even your Gore-Tex® items can be altered.
DOWN RELOFTING
With a room devoted to down, we can fluff and stuff your down items. We provide down fill, baffle repair, cleaning and water repellancy treatments for all down items.
CUSTOM EMBLEMS
We are experts at putting your group's emblems (boy scout patches, ski patrol crosses) on technical fabrics. We also seam seal the patches so that your garments maintain their integrity. Many of the major manufacturers use us for this service.
