I am a talent acquisition consultant, strategist, and speaker. I am the Founder of JobMachine, Inc. the premier provider of Sourcing Consulting Services and Research Training. I've built sourcing organizations at many Fortune 500 companies. During my time with Microsoft I managed the research arm of their global centralized sourcing team. Prior to that I consulted with leading organizations such as Google, Coca-Cola, Cisco and Motorola where I was instrumental in architecting centralized recruitment models. Because of my passion for the Internet as a recruitment tool and my continually innovative methods, I have developed a reputation as an authority in Internet search, and a pioneer in recruitment research. I frequently contribute to top industry forums and speak at leading conferences. My blog: http://www.ere.net/blogs/CyberSleuthing. My bio: http://www.jobmachine.net/shally.
