* Assess all requirement included in sharing requests against availability in coordination with different regions, and issue responses to requests.

* Assigned as nation-wide single point of contact for implementation and sharing of outdoor and IBS projects with du.
* Assigned as an Etisalat spokesperson to jointly develop, and finalize with competitor the site sharing process document as well as the code of conduct as shared facilities.
* Developed site sharing process for outdoor and IBS for pre/post sharing
* Participate with Etisalat Commercial Work Group (CGW) in preparation of all aspects of site sharing commercial agreement with competitor.
* Member of site share technical review group: Suggest solutions for technical issues, plan implementation, and monitor progress.
* Prepare and send status reports to management and to the TRA.
* Obtaining tower loading and performing capacity planning foreseeing Etisalat future requirement and approving specific antennas, feeders and MW dishes to other operators
* Preparing schedule for implementation, execution and completion of above activities on each site
* Monitoring and controlling risk involved while execution and planning proper risk response strategies
* Communicating and negotiating with all regional managers for resource availability and timely provision
