I'm a programmer living in Fort Collins, Colorado, and employed by the Ancient World Mapping Center at UNC-Chapel Hill. My first computer was an Atari 800, and I've been a Linux user since 1995. In the past I've been a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) consultant, an image analyst, and an Atmospheric Science student. In nearby parallel universes, I became a brewer or chef instead.
