The Splinter Group provides general management and executive producing services for theatrical and special events. Clients include The Toxic Avenger, Shout! The Mod Musical (2nd National Tour), and The Intergalactic Nemesis. Previous clients include Fan Yang’s Gazillion Bubble Show (NY & Las Vegas), Deathbed, Masked, Gutenberg! The Musical!, Duse’s Fever, The Man Himself, Confessions of a Mormon Boy, Apparition, Fascinating Aida's Absolutely Fascinating, Pugilist Specialist and A Tale of a Tiger, the New York Music Theatre Festival (2006 & 2007) and the National Alliance for Musical Theatre’s Festival of New Musicals (2005-2007).

In addition to its management activities, The Splinter Group produced the UK premier of Joe Calarco's critically acclaimed Shakespeare's R&J, which transferred to London's West End before touring the UK. In 2006 the company received a Drama Desk Award for Christine Jorgensen Reveals, which was a critical smash Off-Broadway, at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and in touring engagements in Dublin and Boston. The company recently produced Masked, a play about three Palestinian brothers written by Israeli playwright Ilan Hatsor. The NY Times called Masked, "Powerful! A Sensation! Remarkably of the Moment." The company is currently developing The Ohmies, an interactive entertainment brand for pre-schoolers, and The Intergalactic Nemesis, a 1930’s style radio drama with live sound effects.

At MET, along with the company’s Artistic Director, Seth produced award-winning productions of Golda’s Balcony, Kafka’s The Castle and Hank Williams: Lost Highway, as well as H. Leivick’s The Golem and Thomas Mann’s Death in Venice (in assoc. with the Glasgow Citizens Theatre). He has produced, directed and developed new works for the stage including the developmental workshops of Avenue Q. Seth is a graduate of Ithaca College and the Commercial Theatre Institute, and is married to actress Molly Wright Stuart (www.mollywrightstuart.com).
