Currently in charge of the Enterprise Architecture worldwide program and Governance, the IT Research & Innovation, following the reorganization of the IT Department, implementing Service Management based on ITIL Best Practices and deploying new processes: Change, Configuration, Release, and Capacity/Availability Management, responsible for the Disaster Recovery Plan and for the System Management team. Prior to this, responsible of the Architecture team in an international bank, I have a wide experience in the deployment and management of information systems in Private Banking and Wealth Management environments, and also in the IT architectures domains, Internet, dealing rooms, inter-banking networks, Middle and Back-office. Currently in the ERP and CRM domains. As an ITSM specialist (IT Service Management), ITIL certified (Foundation and Practitioner levels), I have been in charge of the processes selection and implementation, of choosing and implementing a new Service Desk platform (HP-Peregrine), of training the various IT units. This was achieved worldwide in 18 months.
– Coordination of the System Management team with Tivoli. Continuous improvement of the existing implementation.
– Ensure that the Disaster Recovery Plan was in place. Several simulations completed successfully.
