Sunbelt Business Brokers of Southampton has positioned itself as something of a ‘boutique-style’ business brokerage. This means we never offer more than a few dozen businesses for sale at any one time.

The stack ‘em high approach of listing hundreds of businesses for sale does our clients (both sellers and buyers) no favours whatsoever.

Sunbelt selects each business for sale carefully, methodically and in limited numbers. In this way, every business and its owner, receives an unrivalled level of care, service and attention… resulting in a swift sale at the best price.

Amusingly, we know the way we work frustrates the heck out of the casual window-shopper buyer.

These so-called ‘business buyers’ hold little more than a passing interest in purchasing a business. Oddly, they gain great pleasure from trawling through the huge numbers of businesses for sale put up by most listing agents, looking to exploit the plight of desperate and frustrated owners and suck up their businesses at depressingly low, knock-down prices.

These infuriating time-wasters are often referred to as ‘bottom-feeders’ in professional business brokerage circles, more generally known as ‘tyre-kickers’. The good news is, we actively protect our sellers from such idle curiosity.

On the other hand…

The unique way Sunbelt operates appeals to the serious investor who is seeking out good, stable and profitable businesses to purchase.

They appreciate our positioning in the marketplace and are confident a business presented to them by Sunbelt has been prepared properly for sale… has all its documents in order and immediately available… and represents outstanding value.
