Leading a small team of performance testers and working closely with test managers and business owners to ensure the non-functional testing produced a more business focused results. Worked with external development house to develop their performance testing and pin point bottlenecks within their application. Reeds EGi web site provides customers with estate information. The original web site was classic ASP running on SQL Server. The new replacement runs on .NET 1.1 and SQL server 2003. I wrote and agreed a performance test plan / Approach document. Scoped out test data requirements and then carried out benchmarking of the old site and benchmark and performance test of the new site and infrastructure. Load runner V8.1 was used for the testing.
