I help people solve "people problems."
People are smart. They know what to do. But sometimes, knowing what to do isn't enough. Sometimes, what's missing is knowing how to do it.
This is especially true when dealing with tough, sensitive, or politically complicated interpersonal issues.
This is where I come in: I take my clients by the hand and walk them through those tough conversations until they are comfortable having them on their own. I help them see a better way forward, work with them to practice the behaviors needed to achieve their short- and long-term goals, and stand by them while they stretch and grow.
My clients are managers, professionals, students, and executives from the world's most prestigious organizations. I work with individuals, teams, and organizations.
Got a thorny people problem? Maybe I can help you, too.

Self-Destruct? Really?
Well, no. Yes... and no... Look, if conventional approaches to personal and professional development worked as advertised, we wouldn't be surrounded by such a stunning display of mediocrity at every level of society. So yes, the focus is on failure... but the goal is anything but. Ultimately, the goal is to reach heights we never imagined possible; ultimately, the goal is to achieve that idyllic utopia we sense is possible yet remains out of grasp when we reach for it directly.
How to Self-Destruct is the wisdom of the WWII and Baby Boom Generations, packaged for those of us who were weaned on Sesame Street and raised with The Simpsons. It's sharp, accurate, quick, and most of it is light... except for those parts that unapologetically stick it to you right in your eye.
