His next book is 'Rebel in a Business Suit - How to Succeed in the New World of Work' (due early 2009) - outlining the emergence of a new breed of business leader in synch with the 'new age' of the digital world and new values of this generation and workforce.
He is editing his high-value sales training audio series called R'evolutionary Selling. This covers the advanced skills for sales professionals who must be able to sell their messages to an increasingly sophisticated market place and will be released in September 2008.
Originally an engineer, Seán started professional executive coaching in 1997 after being mentored by Dr. Denis Waitley - international speaker, author and behavioural psychologist.
Shortly afterwards, he created the unique G2S coaching & mentoring system which he now uses to train coaches and mentors within industry
He is a Fellow Sales Institute of Ireland and a Fellow Institute of Sales & Marketing Management UK and an Honorary Vice President of the Association for Coaching in London.
