The biggest issues in business today are lack of trust and lack of action - people aren't connecting and they aren't getting things done as a result. Through his consulting work Seán shows businesses how to overcome both of these blocks - especially in the area of sales management.

His next book is 'Rebel in a Business Suit - The Business 1%ers' (due 2009) - outlining the emergence of a new breed of business person who make change rather than just watching it happen around them.

Originally an engineer, Seán started professional executive coaching in 1997 after being mentored by Dr. Denis Waitley - international speaker, author and behavioural psychologist.

Shortly afterwards, he created the unique and powerful G2S coaching & mentoring system which he still uses to power 'focused activity' in organisations.

He is a Fellow Sales Institute of Ireland, a Fellow Institute of Sales & Marketing Management, an Honorary Vice President of the Association for Coaching in London and a Fellow of the Professional Speakers Association.
