In August of 2006 I was hired as an intern to work on the Eaton Talent Acquisition Center sourcing team. In February of 2007 I was hired as a full time employee as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. As of January 2008 I am Eaton's Talent Sourcing Team Lead. I have four direct reports, three of which are located in Pune, India. My team currently identifies passive talent in order to build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for Eaton.

I am currently Reporting to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition for Eaton Corporation. I am managing a team of three sourcers based in Pune, India. My team is responsible for supporting Eaton Corporation's US Talent Acquisition Center through the development and management of targeted talent pipelines. In addition, the Talent Sourcing Team Lead based in India is specializes in diversity sourcing for the US and European Talent Acquisition support.
