In August of 2006 I was hired as an intern to work on the Eaton Talent Acquisition Center sourcing team. In February of 2007 I was hired as a full time employee as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. As of January 2008 I am Eaton's Talent Sourcing Team Lead. I have four direct reports, three of which are located in Pune, India. My team currently identifies passive talent in order to build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for Eaton.

My focus is on building talent pipelines for:

My role also includes process development, standardization, and implementation for both US and global TAC teams.
