I'm a chartered IT professional with over 10 years in the IT industry. I focus on delivering a world class end user portfolio to a tier 1 outsourcing organisation. Acheiving this aim through a combination of market opportunity assessment, business planning, service definition creation and portfolio development prioritisation and planning.
I've progressed through a technical path with exposure to staff and project management before focussing on technical product management across a portfolio up to today where I manage a portfolio of solutions regionally.

The role itself is a very enjoyable, highly collaborative in nature, as with any work in this arena it is run at a fast pace balancing many priorities. If I was asked what the key skills for the role are I would say:

- An ability to understand new concepts quickly
- A requirement to see the business benefit not just the technology
